Becoming a Christian
There is no better time than now to begin a relationship with Jesus Christ. It begins with you knowing that you have sinned against God. If you have done anything wrong in your life, you know you are a sinner.
The Bible tells us that all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. (Romans 3:23) It is this sin that separates us from God. The good news is that God has made a way for us to know Him.
God sent HIs Son, Jesus Christ, to die on a cross for your sins. For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son that whoever believes in Him, shall not perish but have everlasting life. (John 3:16) This is the best news you will ever hear.
To have forgiveness of sins you must admit that you are a sinner and believe that Christ died on a cross for you personally. When you do this, you are accepting the sacrifice that was made for you by Jesus Christ.
Lastly, you must commit yourself to this God that you now believe in. Now that He has changed your heart and your life, you have to live in a way that is pleasing to Him.
Our prayer is that you would speak to God in the following prayer to accept Jesus Christ as your personal Savior. "Dear God, I know that I am a sinner, please forgive me. I know that Jesus died on a cross for me personally, and rose again three days later proving He was God. I want to commit my life to you. I pray this in the the name of Jesus my Savior, Amen."
